Our schools

Our schools in Kyiv, Odessa and Lviv are equipped with modern technology including projectors, smart TVs and whiteboards.

The Teachers' Rooms hold a range of teaching materials, with lots of coursebooks and supplementary materials, games and toys.
Our team
At LSE, we understand that our main asset is our teachers. Our international team includes teachers from Ukraine, the UK, USA and Australia.

All teachers are qualified with CELTA or an equivalent and many have also taken courses like the Cambridge Young Learners Certificate, Pearson Business English certificate (FTBE), Cambridge DELTA and MA TESOL.

Our partnership with Dinternal Education means that our teachers are involved in materials development and teacher training of local teachers throughout the country.
Success Stories
After joining the London School of English in 2009, I was placed on a 'fast track' teacher development programme starting with the CELTA qualification. At the same time I was encouraged to pursue a management career which really took off once my DELTA was completed. The biggest perk of working at LSE is a feeling that you are doing meaningful work which has impact on others. For example, our recent accomplishment is launching a professional development programme for state teachers, which got accreditation from the Ministry of Education. In fact, when you work towards some goals that truly inspire you, hard work becomes a natural way of working and everything else follows.
Alina Shkrebtiienko
School Director
My recent application for sponsorship with the London School of English has given me the opportunity to start Module 1 of the Delta this summer. I've been with the school since 2013 and I have found the CELTA to DELTA programme to be of great benefit.
Liam Whittaker
Academic Director
I joined LSE in 2010 right after completing a CELTA course. As a new teacher I got a lot of support and guidance from the school managers and more experienced colleagues, thanks to which I felt really confident and I felt I was a part of the team from the very first days at work. It was very important to me that our Professional Development Program gave me an opportunity to grow and develop as a teacher and soon I was able to get sponsorship to do Delta. I was also given a change to take on more responsibilities and become a senior teacher. In a year I was promoted to an ADOS and later to a DOS of LSE KPI. Now it is my greatest pleasure to be able to work with teachers, to help them develop and achieve their professional goals.

All work and no play makes teachers dull, right? Our social program gives teachers lots of opportunities to socialize and have fun together. We have an annual school pub quiz with students, a glamorous Christmas party, a summer BBQ and trips to bowling and other games.
